Aseptika Ltd today announced the launch of the latest version of its Free-For-Life Healthcare Self-Management App called Activ8rlives⁴ Health+Wellness App.
This new version of Activ8rlives⁴ App was developed using experience gained during the COVID-19 pandemic, adding new features and making it easier for users working remotely with no in-person instruction, so they could gradually learn for themselves how to use all its functions.
Another major new capability is the use of the accelerometer that is built into most smartphones, to allow the recording of physical activity levels throughout the day. This same function works across iPhones and Android phones, integrating this information into the health record for every user. This is ideal for those that do not like wearing a wrist activity tracker and is ideal for public health programmes or social prescribing initiatives where it can be recommended for use without any purchase whatsoever.
